5 Ways To Find Joy In Helping Others

May 26, 2020

A New Look!

You might notice the snazzy, upgraded format for this email. Also, you might not :) And that's okay! We all have full lives and a thousand tasks to look after each day. Someone else's "big news!" can be easy to miss. The headlines for others tend to be the fine print for us. That's part of what makes Simple Help a goal worth pursuing. We get to take a moment to look up from our own distractions and focus on those around us. This week, we can encourage those around us by taking some of our attention off our own story to give it to others instead.

Don't Forget
- You can reference Simple Help using "@gohelpsomebody" on FB, Twitter or Instagram.

Actions: The Simple Helps to remember

  • Monday - Pause to honor the men and women who died while serving in the U.S. military.
  • Tuesday - Give a card or small gift to someone who would never expect one from you.
  • Wednesday - Ask someone to tell you something they’ve learned during this pandemic.
  • Thursday - Draw a smiley face on a rock then place it for random encouragement to someone.
  • Friday - Apologize to someone. You know who.

Be awesome. Make someone's day.  Join the rest of us this week and go help somebody! To see each day’s Simple.Help in your Facebook feed Monday through Friday click here and hit “LIKE” or follow Simple.Help on Instagram!
