Did you know the largest supercolony of ants ever discovered had a domain stretching 3,731 miles? Don't worry if you didn't; the ants didn't either! Yet, each ant "knew" how to do its part to contribute to the colony. There were billions of them doing their simple jobs for the group rather than for themselves. The inspiration we can draw: we can help each other in much more meaningful ways than ants can. The challenge we can overcome: our hurts, grudges, egos, and emotions acting as sandbags holding us back from life together.
